Our mission is to provide all residents of Kronoberg County with specialized psychiatric care, rehabilitation, and habilitation. The care should be conducted in collaboration with other actors within and outside Region Kronoberg, with a cohesive care chain and patient participation in focus. We aim to create good conditions for our patients to receive the right care and treatment from the best possible competence.

The integrated substance abuse and dependency reception is aimed at individuals aged 16 and over with defined harmful use and dependency issues regarding alcohol, drugs, medications, doping, or gambling. We meet individuals from primary care, patients with psychiatric comorbidity, and also conduct LARO (medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependence). The goal is to offer these individuals the best possible care based on their specific needs, regardless of where in the county they live. Within the reception, we are co-located with social services' outpatient care.

We have a well-established interprofessional team at our reception and collaborate well with external actors regarding our patients based on their care needs. In our development work, as part of the transition to close care, you will be an active participant. With us, you will become part of a pleasant workgroup with an open climate. We care for each other and strive for a good reception within the staff group as well as towards all our patients.

The collaboration team is organized under the integrated substance abuse and dependency reception and currently consists of a nurse, caregiver, and team doctor. As a resource for the team, there is also a social worker and psychologist. The team's mission is to support, care for, and treat patients with comorbidity and poor adherence to care and treatment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse at the reception, you will work within reception tasks that include conducting motivational work, treatment interventions, medication follow-ups, and sample collections. You will have your own patient contacts but will always have the team behind you for support and reflection. We offer you the opportunity to help shape the reception within harmful use and dependency care together with engaged and competent colleagues.

The collaboration team's working method is based on a case management mindset. You will meet patients in their local environment and provide support based on needs with the aim of improving the individual's quality of life. This occurs in close collaboration with other actors in the patient's network. Regular nursing tasks occur such as medication distribution, sample collection, and care. The team meets patients throughout Kronoberg County. Solo work occurs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience working with mental health as well as harmful use and dependency in primary care or psychiatry is considered an asset. As a person, you are flexible, engaged, patient, and have a knack for seeing opportunities. You enjoy being part of a team but can work independently and structure your work. You are keen on having a good reception in all situations.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A B driver's license is a requirement. Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented.

Interviews are planned to be held on 15-16/1.
